In observance of the Special Election on Tuesday, May 5th, the regular May Township Board Meeting has been rescheduled to Wednesday, May 6th. Time and location remain the same. The public is welcome to attend.
Annual Township Trash Collection Day – May 9th
April 2, 2026
Colfax Township's annual trash collection day will be held on Saturday, May 9th. A dumpster will be available at Township Hall from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Noon). Additional details will be posted as the date approaches.
Special Election – West Shore Community College Millage
February 12, 2026
A Special Election will be held on Tuesday, May 5th, 2026 for residents to vote on the West Shore Community College millage renewal.
Polling Location: Colfax Township Hall — polls open 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Election Workers Needed: The township is seeking volunteers to serve as election workers. Compensation is $20.00 per hour. If you are interested in serving, please contact Township Clerk Joni Gerard.
